Good and cheap Motel. Rooms were clean. The staff are fantastic!! They are willing to help out with any questions guests have. Free parking too!

The first night the AC is not working, its very outdated and it took until 12am to fix it. The second day we left two plastic bags with razor, comb and nuts on the table, by the time we return it was gone. Talked to the ladies who did the cleaning and they denied seeing anything. Then who took those items ??? And I can't ask for reimbursement as the contact dictated hotel is not responsible for any lost. Worst experience, watch out when you decide to stay here.

WORST PLACE EVER!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!Please take my advice and despite the low price , do not stay here, sleep in your car if thats the only other option. We arrived and were given a room next to the smoking pit. The room was small, stunk, and was old and dingy, but those are all expected from this sort of place. Not a big deal. What was NOT expected was the mold all over the bathroom walls and tub, a maze of loose illegal wiring throughout the room ( I am an electrical engineer and I was obligated to report this to the city inspection unit based the extreme fire hazard it presents, and dozens of code violations, just in our one room alone. I am an expert and please trust me, this is NOT safe for you or your family to stay here!! ). When we dropped off our things and tried to shut the door, my husband realized the door DID NOT LOCK! We went to the front desk and the woman working, the ONLY woman working, is elderly and non mobile, and unable to leave her seat. She said there is no maintenance staff or extra rooms. She had called some apparently random sketchy man, clearly intoxicated and smoking to come and literally punch and kick the door knob of our room to determine it cant be fixed. We loaded all of our things into our car again as to not leave anything in the room, and front desk said would repair it. We returned 2 hours later and the woman at the front desk assured us the room was now safe and could leave our things in it. She had it fixed and was fine now. It was not. Noone came. It was not fixed. When I complained again she would only offer any kind of refund if we left and didnt use the room ( it was 9pm on a long weekend Saturday night, no rooms in the city left). We went to bed angrily. Not even the deadbolt would lock on the door you need to understand. We closed the door, put the do not disturb sign on the door, and went to sleep. At 930am while i was getting dressed, a strange man all of a sudden OPENS OUR DOOR!! My husband put on shorts and yelled at him. There was a do not disturb sign on the door, no lock, and no knock before entering even!! The man had no uniform, no id, and did not say who he was simply opened the door and looked. After some yelling from my husband we found out this creepy old man was THE OWNER!! Thinking he will just enter the room while I am changing and the room is rented. I CANT EXPRESS ENOUGH YOU WILL REGRET STAYING AT THIS PLACE. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!This place is dangerously unsafe for you and your family. The staff are completely unwilling to do anything, and the owner is, at best, ignorant and lacks common sense. More likely a creep and uses this "walking in to rooms when he sees women staying there " tactic more than just this once. I hope the city of langley takes our advice seriously. .I hope this helps other people avoid having their weekends ruined like ours was.Do NOT listen to any of the copy and pasted replies from the owner below these reviews stating any of these issues have been or will be resolved. I assure you they have not fixed, nor intend to fix, any of these issues. I can't believe this place is allowed to stay open.If there is any sort of response posted from the owner or staff in response to this review, please note they refused a full refund, fixed none of the issues, and the owner refused to even apologize for walking in on us. If they wanted to help they had their chance.

Rented a room for 2 nights. The bed was comfortable but the air conditioner was SUPER loud. The shower/tub had a orange wet, used face cloth and small black hair all over the tub. It's dog friendly which is great but you need to walk down the street for them to get grass. The decor is outdated, the chair in the room had previously been damaged or is very worn but never replaced. Bring a power cord if you need to charge more than one device because there is not enough available outlets, if you even find one that furniture isn't blocking.

Awesome staff really helped me when I was in a pickle. Clean rooms close to a lot of restaurants. Would definitely stay again
