Easily accessible from the highway. The lobby is clean and the staff was friendly. The rooms were roomy and clean. The air conditioner was noisy but other than that no complaints. The breakfast was free and there was a lot of good options.
It is a nice little hotel tucked away by itself. It has an awesome waterslide and pool. Great for kids. The staff is good and the breakfast has a decent amount of options especially considering its free. Overall it's a nice little hotel.
Hotel was okay. A little rough around the edges, breakfast was okay, not quite as good as some competitors but not terrible.Pool and slide area were great for the kids - but as a 6'4" adult, the slide was not not great for me (but really that doesn't matter so much)Rooms seemed clean, 3 start level. Bed was reasonably comfortable, not amazing, not terrible. Doorknob was loose on the bathroom door - part of the 'rough around the edges' stuff.I probably would not stay here again, but was not terrible either.
Nice hotel, tucked next to Hwy 1. Kids love the corkscrew slide, parents loved the hot tub. Free breakfast(6-9am) is half decent. If you can book your room 2 weeks in advance, you'll save about 15-20%. Only a block from Tim Hortons, McDonald's, gas station. We needed extra pillows, blankets and shave cream, all was provided with no issues. Will stay here again next visit.
I liked the location and the staff was very friendly. HOWEVER the amenities were not what I hoped. I booked this place specifically for the gym and none of the equipment worked. One kid slipped twice on the pool floor and another injured her forehead on the waterslide. Also there is only one waffle making machine for breakfast. This means a half-hour wait to get one waffle during breakfast rush. :(
