West Country is my favorite place for stay I Always prefer to stay here feel like my own home .All amenities r so convenient.
This hotel is very quiet, the staff is very friendly and attentive, the rooms remain clean, only the mattresses are a little stiff. In the restaurant the service is good and the food too.
Very old school place. Elevator smelt of cigarette smoke. Rooms fairly clean but very basic. Some attention to detail required. Chairs were dirty. Quiet though so sleeping was not an issue. Booked a 2 queen bed and got a 2 double bed.
It looks a little run down on the outside, but the inside is quite nice and charming. The staff are super friendly, and they have a lounge and restaurant attached. The room was clean and comfortable. Most importantly they had air conditioning!
We gathered for a few delicious cocktails in the lounge. Jeff working the bar was a delight, we never waited for a drink and the prices were very reasonable. The atmosphere is laid back and relaxed. I would go back.
