My 11 year old kitty wasn't well and after seeing Dr Sharma and trying something, she got worse and I had to put her down. The staff were super compassionate and respectful and made this as easy as possible for us, understanding how difficult this decision is. When i'm ready to get another pet I'll definitely be returning.
Lets just start with the fact that I have a LOT of pets, and always have had a lot of pets. So, Ive seen MANY vets/clinics throughout the years. Thunderbird is a keeper for me. No question. Ive taken two of my pets there now, and both times the care went above expectations, both by the front end staff, as well as the Dr. Great environment, excellent care. I also have to say that when I picked up my cat Benny yesterday, I was out the door when I remembered an additional concern that Id forgot to mention. They took him right back again, along with me so he wouldnt be confused ( remember we were already leaving ) checked his eye, put solution in it, assured me and we were once again on our way. No extra charge, no rushed feeling, only concern and care, even though they were clearly very busy ( 9 little pups had just been brought in, and they already seemed to have a full house )! Well... theres a reason they are so busy. Because its a great place to take your pet when they need outstanding care.
They've done a great job with helping us with our new kittens and getting them to be cats for the past year. They gave us practical advice for new kitten owners. They were most kind when one of our kittens got an unusual boo-boo. We really appreciate their kindness, and their willingness to offer alternatives when something isn't working for one of our "princess" kitties. We would definitely recommend them.
