Our dog has been ill for a week or so, after some worsening symptoms we rushed in around 9pm. All of the staff was unbelievable. They treated us and our dog very well, we couldn't ask for better. Once we got in to deal with testing/treatment we requested a quote for all of it prior to the job. We found the pricing more then fair and the vet was very honest and upfront with which tests she thought we would need. She wasn't trying to upsell useless tests which is the standard in this industry I've noticed. We left that night with half of the bill we expected and 2 days later our pup is happy and just about 100%.Thank you very much once again
Had to bring our boy here late one night as our family Vet didn't have anyone on call that evening. We were incredibly pleased with the service as well as the Doctors and support staff. The facility was clean and well organized and we ended up getting a quick and flawless referral to a specialist for further treatment. Fee's were fair and ended up being even a little bit less than originally quoted. Would take any of our pets here in the future if need be without hesitation. A big thank you from Finnegan !
I rarely write reviews but this clinic deserves to be recognized. I have just picked up my poodle that spent 24 hrs with them for a serious liver issue. I had contact with 3 doctors over the duration of my dogs stay. All were direct, informative and upfront about everything. One of the Doctors took the time to call me at 4 am because I was stressed and requested updates at anytime information became available. All three spent ample time with me and despite an extremely busy waiting room I never felt rushed. I appreciate the professional way every member of the staff at this clinic conducted themselves from the moment I walked in the door. Well done and thank you so much.
This emergency clinic is very needed and I appreciate that it exists when my dog become very ill, but I would have to rate my experience average. The support staff is very friendly but my experience with the vets could have been better. If I didn't have my friend with animal emergency experience I would have felt very lost. It was hard to follow what the vets were finding during the tests and the communication back to me was often on the negative and risk focused perspective. As well I had to call the clinic for updates rather then the clinic staff calling me when the tests were done. I'm thankful that my dog was referred to a specialist center for surgery and survived the procedure, but it feels that the culture of the vets at this emergency have maybe lost some of their passion when it came to helping me, as the dog owner, seeing hope for the future of my dog.
Ive been here twice with my cats. The first time was to put my cat down which was sad. I felt they were pushing product during that time of his ashes, urns etc. The second time was with my new cat. He had an emergency which they gave him fluids for. They wanted to do an overnight stay and blood tests amongst other things which raised the quote to close to $2,000. I declined. Went to my usual vet the next day and they confirmed what I thought. The tests werent needed. I paid $150 for a stool test and exam. Cash grab for emergency services that arent necessary. We also were there for 4 hours and besides one other walk in we were the only ones there.
