I went in to get one tire changed, it was already off my vehicle and an oil change, the service guy older gentleman, I think his name was Rob, very helpful knowledgeable, helped me but then this other staff member came over, she said she was the manager (long hair in a ponytail) said nope we cant do that right now, WHAT! there was no one in the shop. This so called manager was so rude, unprofessional and the way she talked to Rob, I would have myself punched her out!Where is all the staff? There is no staff in the automotive shop! Wheres the other lady automotive manager, wheres all the old staff members? This automotive shop in LANGLEY has gone down the drain! This new manager is rude, unprofessional and needs to have an attitude change!I use to go to Langley automotive all the time for the last 5 years! All the staff and the other manager were helpful, pleasant and PROFESSIONAL! Not going back until they get rid of that so called manager and get trained automotive staff in their shop!
This is the only Walmart that Ive visited that is almost always low or out of stock on cereals, kids snacks and our favourite juices. Maybe they have better deals so people hoard? I just wish shelves are stocked better. Been disappointed many times Ive moved to going to Superstore instead.
I feel I have to write this review. We went into the South Surrey location to pick up some garden mulch, on July 2. We purchased some the previous week for $2/ bag. We didn't get enough, unfortunately, they were now out of stock. Spoke to a very friendly helpful woman at customer service. She looked up all the locations that still had stock. Langley was the closest. We went there and put 6 bags into the buggy and went to pay. This location says it's $3.97/ bag. I questioned them about the price difference and was told they would not match prices at other stores. I told them it was another Walmart. They got their supervisor to "help" she was extremely rude, you would think I'd tried to steal it. I asked her politely about the difference in price. She said it's at the store's discretion as to pricing. She rudely tells me that she'll give me the price this one time, and don't expect it again. I thanked her, and she just glared at me and walked away. I am a very patient polite person and was only asking about the difference in pricing. I've never heard of a Walmart not pricing things the same. What about their claim to price match their competition. I was asking for a price match with their own company. There was absolutely no reason for this "supervisor" to be so rude to a customer. Even my husband who never complains, could not believe the treatment we received at the Langley location. This supervisor needs to be spoken to by her superior about the meaning of customer service.
Best staff I have ever encountered! They have amazing customer service skills. Today I stood behind two other rude customers inline swearing at the poor cashier, being really rude themselves and demanding free bags. They were behaving like little kids throwing tantrums! The cashier dealt with it very professionally, in my opinion, then she proceeded to apologize to me for witnessing the commotion and made sure I was well taken care of. So hats off too the employees who have to deal with those types of people. I never have a problem at this location.
Lots of tills open if there's only 1 person in the store. Unfortunately, there's usually more than one shopper so the two tills open all day kinda sucks. Management is amazing. Worth the 10 dollars an hour this supermarket pays them.Produce is always fresh if you're shopping two years after a Walking Dead Apocalypse. Prices are very reasonable considering the locally owned stores they force out.All in all a great experience if you need a whole bag of Capitalism and a dash of forced consumerism because why is the milk and eggs at the back when that's what I need not a $20 bag of sour keys.
