If you can afford it shop at Natures Fare and never look back. They stock the full catalog of organic and natural foods and vitamins and other supplies, and skip everything else. Impressive selection of grass fed dairy products, free-range eggs, grass-fed meats, organic cereals, organic snacks, organic coffee, a very large vitamin and supplement section, The pet food section is stellar and stocked with frozen raw dog and cat foods, dry dog and cat treats. They are conscientious enough to have a bargain bin for low-income people to salvage frozen meats and other goods nearing expiry so nothing goes to waste. My dog is a picky eater and when they turned their nose away from the premium bison treats, the store offered to return the item, and without any hassles. The vitamin section has it's own dedicated sales staff who are very knowledgeable in human nutrition. My mother recently had to go to surgery and they were able to suggest 4 different products that would help her build her body back up.
Lots of great grocery items for those wanting natural and organic options. Definitely pricier than regular grocery stores as expected. Advantage is you can find 'healthy' items/ingredients here that you can't find at regular grocery stores.
I shop here quite often because I like certain products that I cannot find anywhere else. There are so many delicious kinds of salads and the chocolate almond muffins are the best. Some items are more expensive compared to other health food stores so I hold off on buying them unless I absolutely need them. I also havent bought a smoothie since the price increase.
Good selection on organic produce and packaged items. If you know your prices whole foods is cheaper on some items I noticedPlace was clean and tidy. Staff helpful and friendly.
