Sunday morning breakfast with a pal... We started with a nice big giant cup of coffee, the server was super friendly and courteous. I had the bacon avocado eggs Benny, it was delicious. The hollandaise sauce was well made and the eggs were poached expertly. Highly recommend ! My compliments to the chef! The deli attached has some good stuff too!
Terrible experience. 1 hour 15 minute wait from ordering to receiving food. We inquired at about the 1 hour mark as to the ETA of our orders, and the manager was unapologetic. He gave us a few excuses about being under equipped and understaffed and was unable to give us an estimate as to how much longer the wait would be. When the food finally arrived, I was shocked to find a long black hair inside one of our bennies. We could see from our seats that the kitchen staff do not wear hairnets. We will definitely not be back
Very pleasantly surprised at just how good the food was. The chef/owner was very accommodating too and seemed really passionate about his food and ingredients. I'll definitely be back soon. And just goes to show you can't judge a book by its cover.
Had our first visit today with my wife. I had the crispy prosciutto benny and she had the grill cheese with side salad. Both were fantastic, Im picky about Bennys but they nailed it, crispy, crunchy, light and delicious, it came with a simpler side salad as well that had a nice light vinaigrette that really freshened up my palate during the meal. The grill cheese looked great as well, too good to share my wife said so Ill have to order my own on our next visit.
Waitress was great, works very hard, an almost impossible task for her to handle a full restaurant alone. Makes for a very long wait and it certainly isn't because of her work ethic. Understaffed.Because of the reviews we've seen, our expectations were high , our experience didn't match what previous reviews have said. Food was okay, not exceptional (eggs Benedict/Omelette) pricy for the quality and portions we got. Waitress tipped, very friendly and works beyond what should be expected or is practical.
