The food is fantastic and so excited that your company has finally made it to Canada. Please spend some time training your staff in Canada BC specifically. Visited the Langley location and staff where totally disorganized and had no real interest in helping out the paying customers. Need to get this resolved it's a very competitive market out there. 5 Stars on the food!
Good Americanized Mexican food! Clean and fresh food, friendly service. I do prefer the American Chipotles recipes rather then the ones here in Canada though! The spices used and the blend of tastes are more better, to my preference in the Original American chain!
Decent food. Gluten and dairy free options which is important for my family. Staff are allergy are and know they need to change gives when prepping food for us. I'd prefer bigger portions and better prices, but can't have it all. Solid food, thanks!
Extremely overpriced and overrated. Felt as if this place catered to the uncultured people. Food was alright but definitely not authentic Mexican food. Price point is an absolute joke.
80% of the time, the bins of meat and other toppings are 75% empty. Peppers and onions are almost always low or out. Its Friday at 5:45 and the restaurant should be in perfect shape. Also theres no ice in the pop machine. Front of the restaurant had garbage on the cement. Please do a better job in running your restaurant!!
