Small park, couple picnic tables. Lots of mosquitoes in the summer.
Very quiet park. Good spot to access the river and fish.
So peaceful here. There is a nice walk you can do.. lots of boats on the water. Water is super dirty. Great views. Lots of parking. Good to bring your leashed dogs. Dog poop bags available. Washrooms here as well. Closes at 10pm. Lot of benches and picnic tables. Lots of shade too. I definitely recommend coming here for a peaceful day at the water.
I see many positive reviews here. I am sure that its trail is great! That was what I was counting on and looked so much forward to it. Then, when I hit the trail, I found that this trail is the home of mosquitoes. My family and I walked for just about five minutes, and we called it a quit due to so many full-powered mosquitoes. Each mosquito sucked a lot of blood per bite. I am not going there again until the mosquito season is over.
Neglected , could have been better but still this is a serene place where one can spend some quality time in peace. One washroom, no drinking water. Tables are mostly dirty BUT views are great , ideal place for water sports.
