This park is beautiful. I have many fond memories coming here is child. We have a bench dedicated to my grandfather here.
Very good park for almost all ages. There is a newly designed climber with a wood/tree theme (which is great for 5-10 year olds) and then several short trails that lead down to a stream which kids love to play in (knee deep at points) and catch minnows. There's also a room you can rent for birthdays etc. Only drawback is the small parking lot.
Nice place to cool off in the summer, with a creek running through most of the park. There are a few deeper spots for swimming, but I have yet to visit them. The trail network seems a little small, but good enough for a nice evening stroll.I think this would be a good place for a couple or family photo session.
I don't think I had ever been to this park. I had the privilege of being the officiant for a wedding there today. The venue was perfect for the size of wedding. The rented building was perfect to set up food and drinks etc. The kids had a great time at the playground while the adults wandered through trails and the rest of the grounds. I've lived in Langley for years and never been to this park. I have been missing out. Great spot.
A lovely well hidden park. The river is cool, great playground, ample parking, clean washrooms and clean park. Perfect for a family get together. Just off the freeway makes it easy for people to get to.
