Maybe because we went there after rain, but this place is Masquito Hell. Millions of them! I was forced to turn back after enduring them for 1km.
Busy place ...picnic tables great for a fam bbq
Can be a little crowded by the beach when the tide is out but there are lots nice nooks and crannies for privacy. Overall good park with a lovely view and enough trails to keep it interesting.
Easy walk down to the point and great addition to playing tourist in Fort Langley. Some trails do flood during the spring runoff so check with the signs. Some bugs also so may want to bring some bug spray. At Travistock Point you will be see some unbelievable Estate Homes across the Fraser River. Lots of bunnies on the island so may need a leash for your pooch.
Nice place. The mosquitos really like it aswell. We didn't get along! I left!
