We bought a recliner. The day after it got delivered the electronic controls stopped working. Guy from the furniture store came over to check it out. He informed us that a part needed to be replaced and it would arrive in a week's time. Eventually the part arrived a day earlier before the end of the week and a technician came over and promptly replaced the part. Been working fine ever since. Overall excellent service.
