Evolution Furniture has unique, quality furnishings at affordable prices. Everyone working there is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful..and not at all pushy. Great place to shop for furniture and lots of other interesting items.
Had the most relaxing experience at Evolution shopping for a recliner today. We tried a competitor and were very put off by the salesperson. Evolution staff were not pushy like other stores. They let you browse without following your every step but when needed they listened to my families needs and suggested appropriately. My son said it best as we left the store. He said they were interested in helping us find the right furniture for our needs while the other store just wanted to sell us something...anything.I will certainly go back to Evolution when I need more furniture.Update:Just had the delivery of the furniture and it went great. Looks great in the room.!

Brutal after sales service. Ordered a custom fabric bed frame in Feb. 2018 for pickup in July. Within 30 seconds of arriving to pick up I noticed that the drawer was a mismatched color and an ugly green. This had been obviously not noticed by the manufacturer or the store. Guy at warehouse could only say he noticed the discrepency and thought it was strange. No apologies by this store and we had to contact them 3 days later to find out what they were doing. We were instructed that they had placed an order to replace and it would be between 6 to 8 weeks. After 8 weeks and no contact we visited the store to be told it had just arrived. We requested they deliver the piece as it was large and they had made the error of providing the wrong item. They refused and stated it was their policy that as it was originally ordered for pick up we would be required to arrange for pickup from their warehouse. After 2 additional weeks of back and forth with the lady that refers to herself as the "customer service" department and odd requests of updating our address and the possibility of them delivering this item after a discussion with the manager we gave up and made arrangements to rent a van to pick this item up. Now Sept. 25th and we finally have the bed frame we actually ordered in February. This company has no sense of urgency and little respect for its customers after the sale. We will not return.
