After a not so good experience, I was extremelypleased to see how Sportcheck go above and beyond for their customers. Today, I experienced probably the most amazing customer service that I have ever received and will not ever forget this. The Manager Josh, has an extremely high standard of customer service and he didnt hesitate to share this. Sport check is an awesome place, always has been and I would gladly shop there knowing they honour their word. Thank you Josh, Sport check is fortunate to have you on their team.

The customer service was great! The store was almost closing when I found a pair of sweats. The only size available was on the mannequin. The store associate got her manager to help get the sweats off so I could try it on. The sweats were the right size and happy to purchase them.
Well organized with lots of selections. Large store that's clean and welcoming. Staff is very helpful. I was asked by at least 3 different staff while browsing for shoes.
