Wonderful staff! I really have no idea about the sneakers yet, because they are still only worn in the house, but even if they do not work, the gal who helped me was very knowledgeable and kind. She gave me the royal treatment.And another plus on this store: like all others, they can be returned for a full refund if not worn outside.....but they also give you so a certain length of time that you can wear it outside and still exchange them!!! This is very impressive as it is hard to see how a shoe really feels when you are inside all the time. I will gladly recommend this store to anyone I know.

I bought my first pair of "perfect fit" runners yesterday off a very lovely petit girl with dark hair and glasses! She made me feel so comfortable trying on shoes when I have a wide foot and have in the past been embarrassed to find shoes! Wish we could enjoy the great quality of shoes and service that everyone else says you have but the hours are impossible for us to even get there before you close.
