Friendly staff, quick services and very knowledgeable about different fabric types and how to best get them cleaned. I've only used them for dry-cleaning services thus far but am very happy with the results. Recommend this place for sure!
I asked these people to dry clean my new jacket. The old guy I was dealing with had poor customer service skills and was contradicting himself.He told me that the garment couldn't be dry cleaned, that it was wash only. I told him to go ahead and wash it. He charged me double what everyone else charges so I was hoping for a good job. When I picked up the jacket he told me they had washed and dry cleaned it to get the oil stains out. This was after telling me it couldn't be drycleaned. When I got home and looked closer the collar had frayed and the color had faded. My new jacket ruined. Never again.
Highly do not recommend. They ruined my article of clothing and refused to take responsibility for it or pay for any sort of repairs or replacement. If you value your clothing I strongly suggest not coming here as many other dry cleaners do have reimbursement/replacement policies while this one does not or atleast negligiably refused to provide me with it when I requested it.
My washing machine broke so I decided to come here to do my laundry. My first time here was a great experience. The staff who work here are very nice and all work hard. They showed me which machines to use for my laundry load size and showed me how to work them. Thanks for the help!!! Ill come back here anytime.
Lovely place and great staff! Brought in a blanket to get dry cleaned and I was recommended to just wash it in a machine to save money and it would be just as effective. They washed it for me and I picked it up the next day. Thank you!
