Amazing laundromat...i absolutely love it there. The owners are super friendly..the place is always clean..and the price cant be beat!!!!!

Simple acts of kindnessDoing laundry on this rainy Sunday morning in Langley I had a little faith in humanity restored. Sitting outside of Kims Coin Laundry waiting on my clothes to dry I witness the sweetest yet simplest act of kindness between strangers. A very independent little old lady was on her way out the front door with her freshly laundered sheets in a tote she wheeled over from home. As she was leaving the proprietor of the business stopped her in her tracks. She said we dont want your fresh sheets getting wet! And instructed her partner to fetch a dry cleaning bag from inside as the two ladies made small talk outside. The man returned from inside the laundromat with a plastic bag and they neatly tucked it over her sheets, then the man placed her purse inside of another bag and fastened it tightly to the rails of her cart. The little old dear thanked them and let them know that you have the best machines and everything is so tidy. After the heart melting sweetness, the great respect shown to an elderly woman by a couple of very kind business owners and some pleasantries, they parted ways and carried on with their days. Made me day just a little bit brighter.

I have never been treated so terribly. We had 4 items in a dryer (my boyfriend police uniform) and the lady came and yelled at us for stuffing the dryer too full. After we showed her that there is only 4 items she continued to yell across the laundromat at us. She told us that we were poor since we refused to break up the items into two dryers. She continued to assume we couldnt afford a $1.50 even when we explained we definitely can. We are both members of law enforcement and are horrified by how we were treated. I highly recommend never going to this establishment and we will for sure not be going back.

Must be new owners, I remember taking my daughter there when our dryer broke down years ago and they were super friendly at the time. Today walking by I witnessed the lady working there yelling at a customer and even opened the dryer door hitting the customer in the face. It wasn't until I heard another customer tell her that they were on the phone with the police that she finally left them alone. Watched the poor lady leave with her child in a stroller in tears. Don't go here unless you have a phone and are taping yourself and are ready to call the police. They need to be reported to the Better Business Bureau.

I have been to this laundromat a few times and every time it has been a negative experience. The owners are rude and I will not be going back. The first time I went I wanted to use the dryer only and I had 2 loads to dry and she told me all the dryers were being used and I could clearly see they were not. She said that another customer who did her wash was going to be using 5 of the dryers and so I couldn't use them. Excuse me, but the isn't a public laundromat first come first serve???? She told me to come back in an hour, but I was already there and not going to come back to use the dryer when I'm already there. The other customer than went and told her it was ok for me to use 2 of the dryers. I just went in the other day and it was 7pm and I checked the website to see what time they close and they close at 7:30pm. So my daughter and I went to use the dryer only again and the owner came to the door and said they were closed. The signs all said they were open till 7:30pm and I told her I only wanted to use the dryer for 25mins. She started telling me my loads would take longer than 30 mins and I told her I've dried my clothes many times and does not take more than 30 mins. I just decided to leave because obviously 7pm means 7:30pm to them. Guess they don't know how to tell time??? The owners were just rude and not customer oriented at all. I work in the airline industry and know that when you run a business and have paying customers you do what you can to serve your customers.
