I am completely satisfiy with willowbrook mall Micheal hill service and jewlery . Staff are patient and experienced and manager Ms Roya is a great person very professional . I like their jewlery and can not easily pass and ignore their store every time I visit the mall.
We shopped at this location several times, The sales professionals are very helpful. products are goodWe bought our Rings last year, we had problem with the ring (missing small Diamond)went back there and The assistant Manager,Erin, was not willing to help usHer explanation did not make any sense.I previously was dealing with Scot and Kevin and they were both very helpful but Erin is very inexperienced, she doesnt know what she is talking about , nor handling customer Service.I asked to talk to upper manager,she said she is the highest authority for now and the store manager is off on Monday and we will hear the same thing from The store manager as well, soI Complained to head office to see if anyone can hear our concernThe Store Manager, Roya,called me on the same day!She is very professional and seems to know what she is doing She apologized and made things RightWe did not want to Shop at Michael Hill due to our experience with Erin anymore, but dealing with the store manager changed our experience We recommend her and her store to our friends and family
Purchased our rings years ago at another location but moved. Went to get rings resized and repolished wish we had gone anywhere else! So much miscommunication and differences in what sales person said vs manager. When I never received the follow up quote, I called after a week and at first they didnt even know where our rings were. I had to go in person to the store to get a straight answer because no one would call back, or the manager was not in. Sales associates were really quite rude. Was just an atrocious experience! Save your time and money. P.S manager slipped up and divulged they charge WAY more than cost. On a 35$ repair they were going to charge 85$+!
The service here is good depending on the sales associate youre working with but the jewellery quality is terrible, my first chain I had from here broke the second one turned black in a few months even though I was correctly storing it. Even though the prices are low dont buy stuff from here you get what you pay for!
bad customer service very rude manager ordered anniversary band for my wife and it was totally different size and it didn't match the original band. and they wanted us to pay more money to buy yet another band and hopefully it would be the same size as one of the two bands as they cant guarantee just horrible experience never coming to this store again.
