Do NOT go here! We recently moved here from Saskatchewan and went to this particular broker because it was convenient and close to our new home. The purpose of our visit was to register, insure and plate our two vehicles. We had all paperwork required (I had called ICBC ahead of time to make sure of this!), and still, it took nearly TWO HOURS for the agent to complete the process. This included multiple phone calls to ICBC on her part, repetitive questions, and general incompetance. To top it off, she quoted us an astronomical figure for our 5 year old minivan, and when I asked her to check that again, she refreshed her computer screen which brought it down $1500! This makes me not entirely confident in the process and unsure of whether she did in fact get us the correct coverage at the best price. Desperately missing our AWESOME broker back in Regina who made this lady look like she was in Kindergarten. I repeat, DO NOT GO HERE! We will not be back.

Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service. Been going here for over two years and never had an issue! Once I was trying to insure a boat trailer and a competitor was not very cooperative and this agency made the process very easy I was able to legally tow my boat for that weekend, couldn't be happier!
CHECK YOUR PAPERWORK! TOTAL INCOMPETENCE! SPENT AN HOUR WHILE THE "AGENT" COULDN'T OPERATE THE COMPUTER, AND THEN SET AUTOPLAN PAYMENTS A WEEK AFTER THE FIRST PAYMENT CAUSING 2 PAYMENTS IN ONE WEEK, AND COSTING ME OVER $100 IN SURCHARGES FOR BOUNCED PAYMENT AND NSF CHARGE. ALSO THE MANAGEMENT HIDES BEHIND VOICEMAIL OR MESSAGES. Google won't let me give a negative or even a half star as deserved
She ran into an issue insuring my sons dirt bike. She called the ICBC hotline. 2 minutes later i was out the door. Note: I went to BCAA in Morgan crossing yesterday.....and they were totally useless. Thank you Alpine !!!
