Sony has been amazing customer service since day one. Ive been going to her place for about two years now and am pleased with exceptional results. She fixed many errors that my past laser places had made. She has lots of knowledge and expertise in her field of work so I highly recommend for laser and hydro facials!

A MUST READ IF YOU ARE NEW TO UPTOWN MED SPA OR CONSIDERING THEIR LASER SERVICES. I have been a client with Uptown Med Spa since they opened and I am disappointed with where they have taken their company. I got a great deal on laser hair removal for three areas, and over the two years of my treatments, I have been able to notice a steadily decline in their quality. The owner will NOT provide you with quality service, she will miss spots on your body that you have paid for and does not have any sense of professionalism as she will share with her clients why she has fired a laser technician or a reception who actually did their job up to standards. If you communicate with a receptionist, or lodge a complaint, they do not follow up with you or try to use any customer service skills to make their customer happy with their service. Terrible customer service, and this is likely attributed to the young, dim-witted rotation of girls she has working as their receptionists that have no idea how to do their job or was never taught by the owner on how to (you cannot blame them). I have brought them many clients and regret doing so, this is not how you run a professional business. Their services are not clearly outlined, I was told by the receptionist that the body was divided up differently for laser hair removal, and when the owner began to do my laser, she refused to do parts of my body that I was told was included in my packages I had paid for. Their laser does work, but given the terrible service and work done by the technicians (just the owner, the other women that she fired were fine), you will have large spots of hair left. They do a rushed job, they miss areas, they are rough on your body, and do not take pride in what they do. The company is too busy on making a large social media presence by asking instagram models to promote them, and they do not ask REAL women (with better morals, might I add, given some of the reputations of the women they have asked to be their IG models) what their experiences with them are like. I would not recommend Uptown Med Spa to anyone. I am having to find a new laser place and fork over more money to fix the errors this spa has made. I am upset that my complaints have gone unheard and they did not do anything to keep a long term, valuable, client. To the owner of uptown med spa, please start being more gentle and precise with your work. Understand the importance of customer service and customer satisfaction. Respect the privacy of you ex-employees by not rudely tell clients why they were fired. Bring on receptionists with experience and customer service skills. Spend less time on instagram, and more time building the framework of your company.
I was pretty let down when i came here few weeks ago as where i saw their Instagram it looked so nice. however I was double booked for my first time coming in and they told me to go home when i took a day off to come in.The receptionist i forgot her name but she wore glasses was extremely rude as well.i even called to confirm my appointment.i came in second time giving a second chance and they rushed my appointment,i felt no difference in my face.waste of money and timeplease train your staff professionally
Sony is super polite, friendly and made me feel at ease from my first time onwards. Her knowledge about the products she uses is immense and I like the fact that they are extremely up to date with technology when it comes to beauty treatments.
