Went in to the salon with severely bleached and broken hair like straw. I was embarrassed and yet they were so kind and honest with me on my options. Today Linda gave me the most amazing hair style and got rid of all the dead bleached hair. It's truly amazing! Miracle worker! All the women there are so friendly and I would highly recommend this salon.
Update:. March 1, 2017I love this place so much I became the new owner!! My friend retired!I've have been a client of Colour Tech for more than 20 years. I can honestly say that Rose and the rest of the ladies at Colour Tech have provided the most exceptional service over the years. I visit the Hair Studio every month to keep my colour fresh and my short hair styled to my liking. My co-workers are always commenting on how great my hair looks so I have no problem referring them to my favourite salon. Rose has always treated her clients with the utmost respect and is always willing to share new ideas. If your hair is as important to you as mine is to me then I suggest you give Colour Tech a try, you won't be disappointed.
I went into get my hair cut and decided to get my hair coloured the following weekend. I didnt get a phone call to follow up about the appointment, when I got there and was told my hairdresser wasn't going to be in and they didn't have my number. I know that not to be true because she wrote if down for my haircut. The other hairdresser asked to do my hair wasn't comfortable with black hair. My suggestion is call to confirm your appointments and don't go there if you have black hair because apparently there's only one woman there who can work with it.
Love this place and my hairdresser. Owner is very innovative and always trying new ideas. Cathy is great with colour and knowing how to manage difficult hair.
