The auto guys are pretty great. Needed a new battery for a friend's car. The service guy came outside with us to check where our car was parked. Fixed us up with right battery and he was a very pleasant man to deal with. He gave us all the information we needed and let us know where to leave our old battery. Wish I got his name!

I have been to their auto service department a few times in the last couple of months, and received abysmal service. The young men who work there can hardly take a moment to greet you when you walk in the door, and can't offer so much as a "thank you" at the end of your appointment. I had to use my warranty to have my tire replaced, and upon returning out to my car discovered that they hadn't bothered to put this back into the spare compartment, but rather just left it in my trunk. I stood there in my work outfit and struggled to get the heavy tire back into place. Definitely won't be returning here for any auto servicing.
Very happy with my experience shopping at this location. Staff was very competent,helpful,and cheerful. Traveled to this location from Vancouver to pick-up an item out of stock everywhere else(it was on sale). They took the time to find their last remaining item in stock located in the back warehouse area so it made my trip worthwhile. An employee even approached me and asked if I needed assistance(blew my mind as that doesn't happen in the Vancouver locations). Made up for the nightmare the Newton location was I went to just before.
