Wow!!!I was really surprised to read all negative reviews written about this place before me.I am a long term (on-off) customer at this place. I can only say that my experience was always and only good one.Prices are right and service is accommodating. I dealt with two consecutive management teams and was happy with both.Another comment which can help: the place is almost always full. That indicates how popular they are.
Solid pricing, quite clean, just too bad there's no 24hr access...
We used the Langley facility for a few months & didn't have an issue with the storage. It wasn't dirty/dusty at all. It was a little warmer than I would have expected. The office staff were ok. They were under a bit of pressure at the time so the service wasn't 100%. Otherwise no issues with customer service. The price isn't bad. Would we use them again, yes we would.
We stored our furniture here for 2 years and had no problems. Prices are reasonable and the units are dry and warm.
