My dog and I went to check out Milner for the first time a few days ago and I wanted to inquire about custom ordering a few products (as the website says theyre able to do in most cases), and ask about some raw products. We walked in and were not greeted or acknowledged by staff, and werent for the whole time that we were in there. I didnt want to interrupt the conversation that they were having with each other so we left. I wont let one bad experience keep me away from what seemed like a clean, well-kept store with decent prices, but a very disappointing first time to say the least.

This place is great! Great customer service. They have tons of selection of pet food. We have a rabbit, and buy their bunny bales here all the time. Nice fresh hay, and the best prices for it
