This is a great location. Clean, food was top notch, and it was far from crowded when I visited. I ordered my spicy usuals and some plain chicken, grilled pineapple and corn for the child. Everyone left full.Since there's no Nando's in the Okanagan, I always try to hit one on trips to Vancouver, this one is my new go-to location.
Friendly staff, quick service, and delicious food. Nicely decorated inside as well. I come here all the time with family, friends, and by myself. Nandos is the place to be if you love spicy chicken and classic side dishes. They have spice levels for all tolerances though! You can phone in to order as well to be in and out even more quickly if youre just looking for to-go food. Always a great option and a unique one in Walnut Grove.
Nice Nando's, I've been to lots of them and I like this one because it's smaller more intimate. The whole place is very clean including the washrooms you can tell the owners take pride in their store. The other plus it's it's not crazy busy in here on a Monday. Maybe other days of the week are different but during my visit today it was really nice. The only reason for the 4 star review is parking. The parking lot is always jammed.

Disappointed and got to suffer miserably.My husband tried to tell me I would not be able to order the chicken without any spices: I tried it anyway.The woman at the counter told me I could order the lemon and herb chicken and it would not be spicy. I did and 35 dollars of a bill later the only one that got to eat the chicken was daddy.It was way too pepper lingering and burn your mouth for the next 10 minutes spicy, for me and my kids. The peppery chili kind that burns your mouth and insides. Also the chicken was uncooked and bloody near the bone. Yikes!Another eat out option not available to you if you need no spices in your food.SHAME...And I Mean: SHAME X 1000Because when I did not have issues with spice I adored this place. Perhaps another place I will contact.....
