Great staff, very tentative and more than willing to give advice on beer. Dont always agree with their suggestions but taste is a personal thing. Great beer selection of local craft beer.
Probably the worst staff experience I ever had in a liquor store. A staff member with a beard and glasses answered my only question in a rude way and then took away the last bottle of a product saying "You can't have it" and put it behind the counter. Her colleague, a young lady, did nothing but smile at the situation. When I asked that cashier guy what whas going on he didnt give any explanation and ignored me. I was in shock with such a bad experience. SInce I keep advinsing everyone against this terrible store. Shame !
They have a good selection of almost anything you dream up plus lots of cold beer in the coolers. Best part is they always have stickers for my kids. That is what keeps me coming back. Well, that and alcoholism.
Have never had a negative encounter with staff, and they have a decent selection.
I was in today, and was so insulted by a member of your staff, I'm still stunned. I was wanting a certain product, and she was so rude......so when I went to the cashier I commented on her remarks to me....and she was behind me, saying, are you talking about me, your the rude one. When I asked her name, she said it was none of my business, I turned to ask the guy that was my cashier what her name was....and she started yelling...DON'T GIVE HER MY NAME, over and over. Like really. I'm 60 years old and just came in to get a 6 pack. I feel sorry for the owner of this place. I will never be back, and make sure none of my friends or family ever go there. No wonder there parking in front is empty. Disgusting customer service.
