Fort Langley Community Library is the spirit of Fort Langley, a true gem. Locals gather here to find their favorite books and DVDs. Super selection and many new release movies, they have it all. You find people of all ages reading, participating and even knitting in public. Fort Langley Library makes this community complete. Adorable place! Staff are so friendly, and great selection of books and movies! This is my favourite Fraser Valley Regional Library after the one in Guildford! It's just so quaint and cute!
Miss Amanda (as my kids call her) is so lovely and helpful. Even though the library is quite small, my kids and I enjoy visiting weekly and can always find something to read. We love it!
This building is the essence of Fort Langley. A definite center piece. With Christmas on it's the lights and a tree were lit up. Really pretty at night. Many movies use this building as a back drop not to mention the whole village. Come down and check it out. Christmas parade in a few weeks. Lot of fun for the family.
There are no words to describe how grateful I am in regards to the help I had received here. The staff, particularly one woman, helped me not only find resources for my term paper (which I was very flustered about writing), but took the time to help me 'mentally' prepare as well. By taking the time with me, she helped me settle and refocus, provided me with visions of enlightenment - tools to learn how to manage the mind, as opposed to controlling it. She also took the time to help locate resources online - scholarly articles I could take a further look at home. Unbelievable how gracious she was - no one takes the time like this anymore.Thank you very much!
